brigadier Gen F. Kulayigye of UPDF says on DRC conflicts

“We have no reason to support these rebels [M23], while we are part of the regional mechanisms for the resolution of conflicts in the east of the DRC” brigadier Gen F. Kulayigye of UPDF Everything considered , what wisemen of the region who earnestly seek peaceful cohabitation would ask themselves is why someone in UNSC desperately seeks to drag Kampala into this ; why there is a desperation to pity Kinshasa against its neighbours? There are many explanations. all in all , Kinshasa shouldn’t rely on people who have been amusing themselves within its borders while armed rebels were multiplying by hundreds .—Haras,they can’t afford to lose the populistic innuendos .
